Cornerstone Community Church was founded in 1992 by Pastor K.G. Grant & First Lady Maelene Grant. The name Cornerstone Community Church comes from Ephesians 2:20-21… “built on the foundation of the Apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus himself as the Chief Cornerstone. In Him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord’s church.”

Pastor Grant
Answering God’s Call
Founding Pastor for more than twenty years, Pastor Grant has answered God’s call to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is the founding Pastor of Cornerstone Community Church. He has proven his commitment and ability to render selfless service that empowers individuals, families, churches and communities. He is a leader’s leader, pastor’s pastor and builder.
Pastor Grant earned a Bachelor in Theology and is currently working on his Master of Divinity at Slidell Baptist Seminary. He is also the founder of Faith Bible Fellowship. The purpose of Faith Bible Fellowship is to equip pastors and their ministry. Members of the fellowship consist of men and women of God with like vision and passion, for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Grant’s vision is to build the Kingdom of God by empowering God’s people. Pastor Grant leads by example and is a leader for all generations. He is married to Mrs. Maelene Grant for over 35 years. Together they have one son and two grandchildren.
